Job description

Car Jockey will be supporting the overall operation at Service Reception and workshop, will be ensuring organized flow of customer's unit either from Appointment or walk in; ensure proper customer handling at Service Entrance and promote customer delight; and to comply with the minimum manpower requirement by TMP for Car Jockey.

EDUCATION

  • Automotive course graduate or undergraduate;
  • TMP Tech graduate or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year experience on the service-oriented operations;
  • At least 1 year experience on customer handling or exposure on handling customers

SKILLS & LICENSE

  • Can drive manual & automatic vehicle;
  • Has Professional Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time
