  • Graduate of any 4-year course Accounting related ;
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and adaptive;
  • Can work with minimal to no supervision.

DUTIES

  • Updating of monitoring/summary manual (daily)
  • Coordinate with concern office staff, sale engineer or client.
  • Check and count materials loaded in the vehicles before release
  • Check and receive incoming materials finished products and prepare MRR
  • Prepare sales quotation
  • Monthly reconciliation of inventory from raw materials/spitted coil to finished products
  • Conduct physical inventory every month (monthly recon'head office)
  • Month end report: Stocks card update, WS Summary, Disposal summary, SRS Summary
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
