Graphic Designer – Fashion

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and autonomous Graphic Designer with a strong background in fashion or lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional design sensibility, a passion for women's empowerment, and the ability to translate brand values into beautiful and impactful visual content.

You will play a key role in bringing the company's brand message to life: helping women feel confident, stylish, and comfortable in their own home space. If you get caught in your pajamas, you want to feel great in them — that's the heart of our brand.

This is a role for a self-driven designer who thrives in a high-trust environment and can deliver polished, on-brand creative with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality visual content aligned with the company's feminine, stylish, and customer-centric aesthetic.

• Design digital marketing assets including social content, campaign creatives, emails, and promotional materials.

• Create on-brand graphics and layouts for lifestyle and product storytelling.

• Develop content for Klaviyo campaigns (email banners, layouts, promotions).

• Support copywriting needs through visually aligned creative concepts.

• Edit video content for social platforms and campaigns (short-form lifestyle clips preferred).

• Maintain consistent brand styling across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate professionally with an Australian team, communicating proactively and clearly.

• Contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand messaging and elevate customer experience.

• Work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal oversight.

Requirements:

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience specifically in fashion or lifestyle brand design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating feminine, stylish, contemporary design aligned with fashion/lifestyle standards.

• Experience working with Australian or global fashion brands (highly preferred).

• Ability to work independently with minimal handholding.

• Strong cultural alignment with Australian business expectations — approachable, responsive, and professional.

• Design and produce all retail point-of-sale materials, including posters, in-store visuals, and promotional assets for a luxury sleepwear brand.

• Prepare high-quality, ready-for-print artwork that meets production standards and elevates the brand's premium aesthetic.

• Create or collaborate on copy to ensure cohesive, compelling messaging across all design outputs.

• Work closely with Australian and global teams to maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across markets.

• Support seasonal campaign development with strong creative concepts aligned with a high-end fashion/lifestyle feel.

• Contribute to product and collection design; experience with loungewear or sleepwear is a strong bonus.

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Klaviyo content creation

• Social media content design

• Basic copy-aligned design

• Video editing (short-form lifestyle social content)
