Position Title: Accountant

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

As an Accountant, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will manage mostly business-related tasks such as maintaining key accounting records, ledgers, and recording transactions

To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite, and be fast at solving problems. It's helpful that you are also excellent in task management, time management, and overall accountability.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain assigned accounts
  • Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Provide support for internal and external audits
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties
  • Perform additional finance responsibility when applicable or assigned
  • Month end and year end closing and preparation of Financial Statements
  • BIR Compliances such as Expanded, Income Tax Returns
  • Preparation of BIR 2316

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have an accountancy degree or relevant degree in finance or business Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related courses
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge with BIR compliances
  • Strong attention to details with dedication to accuracy
  • Ability to analyze large set of data
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
