BASEMIX PREPARER

Job Description:

1. Collect and measure raw ingredients according to specific formulas or recipes.

  1. Verify ingredient quantities using scales and measuring equipment.

  2. Check material quality and report any inconsistencies or contamination.

  3. Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients into a uniform basemix.

  4. Ensure proper mixing times, speeds, and sequences are followed.

  5. Accurately record batch numbers, weights, and lot codes on production forms

  6. Maintain proper labeling and traceability of all ingredients and finished mixes.

  7. Clean mixing equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards.

  8. Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE.

  9. Comply with company SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards.

  10. Report any unsafe conditions or deviations from standard processes.
