Scaffolder

Educational Background:

• At least a High School Graduate or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in construction-related fields is an advantage

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a scaffolder or construction helper
• Familiarity with scaffolding components and construction site protocols
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and instructions

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in scaffolding erection, dismantling, and maintenance
• Support yard arrangement and keep storage areas clean and organized
• Assist in inventory checks and assist in materials tracking
• Participate in the refurbishment and cleaning of tools and scaffolding components
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or issues
• Provide general labor support across the yard and job site as directed

Certifications (Preferred):

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training
• Scaffolding Erection and Safety Certification
• Working at Heights Certificate

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
• Must be amenable to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding environments
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php700.00 per day
