Presales Engineer

Presales handling Security solutions such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, F5 Networks and other Cybersecurity solutions. Design and provide solutions to be proposed and implemented for client's cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create demands for Security Solutions (i.e. PaloAltoNetworks, Cisco, Fortinet, F5)
• Includes designing and architecting security solutions
• Solution cost, design and Scope of Work preparation and creation
• Develop strategic relationships with key people by stationing in the account to learn and discover opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal business units to develop specific demands and solutions for enterprise and commercial accounts
• Work with the business unit to create strategies to grow our business based on accounts assigned to him as well as used cases applicable for the customers.
• Able to work with partners (current and new) and keep abreast with the new technologies, offerings/solutions
• Can work directly with the accounts and create projects/opportunities
• Pro-actively do research for the market trends and offerings in the industry
• Provide strategic guidance and technical support to customers (internal and external) and Sales
• Provide technical information necessary to produce and complete winning proposals to comply with customers' needs and requirements, including:>High- and low-level design, diagrams and equipment layouts, Equipment lists;>
• Provide information as required within technical responses to RFP, liaising with other colleagues as necessary.
• Lead and contribute to customer proposals, technology solutions and project plans.
• Ensure that all technical documentation, correspondence, meeting minutes are completed professionally and filed appropriately.
• Perform vendor product fit/gap analysis based on customer's requirements.
• Develop high-level design and pricing
• Conduct meetings to develop high-level design, project plan, and final pricing;
• Should be able to generate opportunities/pipeline within his assigned solutions/technologies
• -Meet the financial target set

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience Handling cybersecurity products
• Able to design and provide competitive cybersecurity solutions depending on client needs and requirements within budget - Familiar with cybersecurity solutions i.e. ZTNA, NGFW, API Security, WAF, Endpoint Security
