Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieves Store Retail Metrics (% Sales Ach, Ranking etc)
  • Understands and applies L'Oreal's overall standards and can handle all basic in-store operations which includes stock related concerns.
  • Embodies L'Oreal's ideals in their daily BA life.
  • Ensures proper execution for Total Store (cosmetics and mass brands)
  • Ensures all store-related concerns are managed at counter-level.
  • Conducts administrative tasks required by the agency.
  • Follows the customer service model per channel to create customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Basic Requirement:

  • At least a Highschool Diploma or College level
  • Female
  • Personal Appearance
  • Clear Skin
  • Pleasing smile
  • Well maintained teeth (bright, straight and smooth)

Essential Qualities:

  • Passion for Beauty and Products: Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare, and cosmetics products. A makeup portfolio is preferable.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and non-verbal; Being able to clearly explain products, treatments, and application techniques is vital.
  • Pleasing Personality: Well-groomed and with professional demeanor that aligns with the beauty industry. Personable and approachable
  • Salesmanship and Persuasion: Has the ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service to drive sales; Previous work experience as a beauty advisor or similar position is preferred.
  • Basic Analytical and Problem-solving skills: Able to address consumer concerns with product knowledge and expertise; Knows how to spot opportunities in-store to boost sales
