We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care in support of chiropractic treatment plans. The PT will evaluate patients, design and implement individualized therapy programs, and collaborate with chiropractors and the healthcare team to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' functional and pain-related issues to support chiropractic care.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans using evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
  • Educate patients on recovery strategies and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to clinic development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (CHED-accredited)
  • PRC-licensed Registered Physical Therapist
  • BLS/CPR certification required; Manual Therapy, Taping, or Rehab certifications a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong internship experience welcome
  • Skilled in patient handling, rehabilitation program design, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, patient education, and inter-professional communication

Work Environment:

  • Clinical setting with possible weekend shifts
  • Frequent standing, stretching, lifting, and assisting patients
