The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained according to company standards. The role ensures smooth daily operations, quality service, and adherence to safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
  • Assign tasks, inspect completed work, and ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new housekeeping employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages to the Engineering or Maintenance Department.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and prepare requisition requests when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
  • Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team in cleaning tasks when needed, especially during peak hours.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
  • Ensure teamwork, discipline, and adherence to company policies within the housekeeping team.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; additional housekeeping training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or facility setting.
  • Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
  • Physically fit and able to handle housekeeping tasks.

Daily Rate: ₱ 695.00

Monthly Allowance: ₱ 1,500.00
