Warehouse Storekeeper (Fixed-Term)

Manages warehouse teams, maintains accurate stock records, coordinates with other departments, and monitors material movements.

Help the other warehouse team and the department with improvement, ISO issues, budget planning, safety, and other issues.

Job responsibilities:

Lead and direct teams of Inventory Management Forklift Drivers with regards to the daily tasks assignments.

• Assist their Shift Leads with other inventory/batch management activities.
• Delegate and assign tasks according to priority in preparation for the shelf life extension of the expired materials.

Coordination to other Groups:

Quality, NTM Planning, Production Planning

• Coordinate with other Team regarding extension status.
• Check and communicate SAP status and ensure alignment in MOM.
• Communicate any issues arising from the shelf life extension.
• Check the availability of extension status in SAP for QI and coordinate with NTM & Production Planning.
• Submit reports on time with special instructions and extended shelf life.
• Coordinate and complete any quality-related issue, instructions, and requirements pertaining to quality.

Operational functions:

• Pending tasks are accurately handed over to the next shift team.
• Ensure that all SAP postings are accurately completed and timely implemented.
• Cascade tasks accurately to FLD and ensure they are completed based on the agreed timeline.
• Ensure all extended shelf life materials are accurately managed and replace MOM labels as needed.
• Check infestation levels regularly and act upon whenever necessary.
• Prioritize urgent requirements and support needed material on time.
• Ensure the availability of material is accurately reflected in the system.
• Keep the ramp warehouse area organized and accurately set with no unaccounted items.
• Ensure that actual materials in the warehouse reflect exactly in the system (SAP/MOM).
• Reflect all actual material movements in the system (SAP/MOM).

All material movements are accurately detailed

• Perform periodic material cycle counts regularly.

Materials are accurately labeled and identified

• Preserve, retrieve records, and prepare related reports.
• Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are reported and necessary forms are prepared.

Other (if applicable):

Perform additional tasks of MS management to fulfill department objectives and priorities. Ensure compliance with JTI and local CoC and CoD, policies and procedures, and safety requirements. Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager's request. Support in other NTM processes as needed.

Position Requirements:

• College degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Contract is until March 2026, but subject for extension if need be
• Computer skills (MS Windows & MS Office, preferably advanced MS PowerPoint/Excel skills). SAP / WMS Systems knowledge will be an advantage.
