AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)

The Beauty Manager is in-charge of ensuring the highest level of customer experience and maintaining the operations and visual presentation of malls under her assigned area. This role is also responsible for overseeing and conducting customer transactions through the Point-of-Sale System, and developing and training staff, customer service, maintaining a current and correct inventory and ensuring that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of store are always running smoothly.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

SALES

  • Plan target and ensure that the target can be achieved through proper utilization of all given resources
  • Monitor and drive sales performance in comparison with previous years performance by using various sales indicators to track sales and space productivity
  • Maintain proper cash control by ensuring that sales money are banked in daily and control lists are submitted to head office
  • Ensure that promotion mechanics are well executed

STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure store security procedures are strictly adhered to in order to minimize stock loss
  • Ordering of stock as needed and ensure stock arrivals are in order

SHOP MANAGEMENT

  • Resolve any immediate operational problems that occur in the store
  • Ensure VM is well executed as per VM guidelines

COACHING

  • Share expertise and knowledge with the team members and seek their inputs
  • Use delegation for optimum efficiency and as a mean to develop people
  • Provide support, follow-up and guidance to employees for delegated task and daily responsibilities
  • Regularly provide objective feedback to individuals and to offer potential solutions
  • Coaching and supervising business operations to ensure 100% sales achievement
  • Establishing and achieving business profit objective
  • Generating reports and presenting actionable information to upper-level managers Continuously analyzing information and developing new processes that are more effective
  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
  • Audits processes being performed by staff members to ensure everything is up to company standard
  • Making sure that 100% customer service is being observed in the stores handled
  • Training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
  • Maintenance of the store, planogram execution, stockroom organization should all be observed
  • Manages inventory by making sure requests are made if needed and deliveries are on time
  • Ensures that inventory count is 100% accurate and zero loss is maintained across stores
