We are seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing safe, reliable, and compliant electrical solutions. You'll collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to support product improvements, new launches, and strategic projects that drive quality, efficiency, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Apply your electrical license and technical expertise to deliver compliant designs and documentation.
  • Develop engineering specifications and process documentation (SOPs, ITPs, testing protocols).
  • Conduct design reviews, audits, and validation processes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Lead First-of-Type (FOT) projects from concept to delivery.
  • Manage engineering change processes (ECNs) and provide innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Support testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all work complies with Australian standards, government legislation, and industry regulations.

About You

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (essential).
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, schematics, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
