Key Responsibilities:

- Study, plan, and propose systems and programs tailored to company needs.

- Serve as the lead and main point of contact for all internal and external systems, platforms, and programs.

- Analyze IT system requirements and business processes to boost efficiency and deliver high-value services.

- Provide top-notch user support by evaluating incidents and resolving problems efficiently.

- Document all development projects—past, present, and future—for proper tracking and review.

- Ensure projects meet objectives and stay on target.

- Act as the go-to person for IT Development concerns.

- Take on other IT-related tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with PHP and Laravel Framework.
  • Proficiency in MySQL or MariaDB.
  • A fast learner who can work quickly and independently.
