Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sneaker Support team lead is in charge of overall operations of Sneaker Support. This includes management of all shoe technicians, maintaining quality of work and exploring business opportunities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In-charge of day-to-day operations of Sneaker Support including but not limited to employee schedules and cleaning lead times.
  • Responsible for maintaining sales data and other files needed
  • Maintains and improves quality of work and efficiency of all shoe technicians
  • Researches and executes new sneaker services to grow overall Sneaker Support business
  • Coordinates with other departments on schedules, sales etc.
  • Communicates with external customers when needed

Trains operations team on correct procedure in accepting pairs for cleaning

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):

  1. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)

  2. Can communicate well with both internal and external customers

  3. Has good presentation skills for staff training

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Training:

College Graduate

Work Experience:

Preferably with exposure to other shoe cleaning companies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
