Junior Programmer

Job Description

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in programming, database management, and systems development.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or IT environment, demonstrating familiarity with software development and support functions.
• Must be able to start as soon as possible (ASAP) and is willing to work onsite, ensuring immediate contribution to the team and active collaboration with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, test, and maintain program codes using required programming languages (e.g., C#, MVC, EF, Core, Web APIs) to develop new applications, ensuring they meet user requirements, are efficient, and comply with company standards.
• Enhance, update, and maintain existing company systems, identifying and implementing improvements that optimize performance, streamline processes, and support operational needs across departments.
• Ensure the full functionality and integration of all information systems and technology with company software, monitoring system performance and resolving issues to support seamless business operations.
• Assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of new systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are delivered on time.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users on new applications, system enhancements, and updates, ensuring proper understanding and smooth adoption across the organization.
• Apply strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, provide timely application support, and recommend effective solutions to prevent recurrence.

Technical Skills Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, MVC, Entity Framework, .NET Core, Web APIs), with the ability to develop robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database for writing queries, managing stored procedures, and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, with the ability to apply best practices in designing modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with Git or any other version control system, supporting collaborative development, code reviews, and proper version management.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, enabling integration of user-friendly interfaces with back-end systems.
