Qualifications:

  • At least N3 level JLPT certification
  • 1 - year teaching experience
  • Japanese language teaching experience specifically required
  • Preferable with Trainers Methodology and familiar with Irodori
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for Japanese culture and student-centered learning
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & Google Drive
  • Willing to deploy in Quezon City / Marikina Polytechnic College (MPC)
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma level qualification required

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic Japanese language lessons (beginner to advanced levels) aligned with curriculum standards
  • Facilitate interactive activities including role plays, kaiwa (illustration), kanji practice etc.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance cross-curricular integration
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance
