Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships with agricultural dealers, distributors, cooperatives, and agri-based companies.
  • Promote and sell DJI agricultural drone solutions (e.g. Agras T50, T25, T20P), integrating with traditional farm machinery and practices.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and field testing for stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic account management, after-sales support coordination, and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with logistics, technical service, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor trends in agricultural practices, machinery use, and drone adoption for improved solution positioning.
  • Attend trade fairs, field days, and community-based agri events for brand visibility and lead generation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management in the agriculture industry.
  • Working knowledge of agricultural equipment (e.g., sprayers, planters, tractors) and its application in Philippine farming systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Filipino.
  • Confident in conducting on-field demos and technical presentations.
  • Willing to travel frequently across provinces and rural areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
