Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Maintenance Worker / Guard to join our team. This role is responsible for performing regular maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep of the property and providing security services. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Tasks:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on the building, grounds, and equipment.
  • Ensure all areas of the property are well-maintained, clean, and safe for all occupants.
  • Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and maintenance.

Guard Duties:

  • Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of the property, employees, and residents.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the property's perimeter and buildings.
  • Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or incidents.
  • Enforce safety protocols and report any suspicious activity or breaches.
  • Greet visitors and check in on deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or security (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
