The Culture and Competence Auditor is responsible for assessing and auditing the organizational culture and employee competence levels to ensure alignment with company values, mission, and business objectives. Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in HR auditing, organizational development, training, or a similar role.
- Experience in conducting cultural assessments and competency evaluations is highly preferred.
Description of Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesCulture Assessment & Auditing
- Collaborate with leadership to embed cultural values across teams and departments.
- Recommend best practices and strategies to reinforce a strong organizational culture.
- Assist in creating policies and initiatives that support a positive workplace environment.
- Analyze the impact of cultural initiatives and suggest necessary improvements.
Competence Evaluation & Development
- Assess employee skills, knowledge, and overall competence against job roles and industry standards.
- Identify skill gaps and areas for professional development.
- Collaborate with HR and training departments to recommend learning and development programs.
- Ensure employees meet compliance requirements related to competence standards.
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct systematic audits of employee performance, culture integration, and professional competence.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings, trends, and areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) related to culture and competence.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with leadership, HR, and department heads to drive cultural and competency improvements.
- Present audit findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures that enhance culture and workforce competence.
- Track progress on improvement initiatives and measure impactSkills Requirements
- Ability to assess data, identify patterns, and provide insights for improvement.
- Deep understanding of organizational culture dynamics and diversity & inclusion principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis.
- Capability to propose solutions and strategic initiatives for cultural and competency improvements.
