About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Branch Service Associate to join our Midsayap Branch team at City Savings Bank. As a Branch Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers and contributing to the overall success of our retail banking operations. This is a full-time position located in Midsayap Cotabato.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers, and providing prompt and courteous service
  2. Performing a variety of teller duties, such as cash handling, transactions, and account maintenance
  3. Resolving customer inquiries and addressing their needs in a professional and efficient manner
  4. Promoting the bank's products and services to customers and cross-selling opportunities
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer transactions
  6. Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  7. Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. A graduate of any Business course or equivalent
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
