The job of a Recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for non-agent/corporate positions. These are some of the duties and requirements of a recruiter.

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Research new technologies
  • Follow up with candidates,
  • Building good relationship with the Hiring Manager and candidates
  • Create reports needed by recruitment team and hiring manager

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Has a university degree and/or proven competencies in benefits processing

  • Has a proven and successful experience in recruiting or the likes

  • Has a good understanding of the technical side of the business

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills.  Preferably with experience in multinational company in a multi-cultural setting.

  • Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment.
  • Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Office tools.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
  • Highly analytical and must be results-oriented  with a strong foundation of integrity
