Education & Certification

  • High school diploma or vocational/technical school graduate in Mechanical Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., ASE Certification, TESDA NC II/NC III, or manufacturer-specific training)
  • Additional safety or equipment operation certificates are an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Proven background in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior mechanics/technicians

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in repairing engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components
  • Skilled in using diagnostic tools, precision measuring instruments, and repair equipment
