We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Housekeeping Vessel Steward to join our maritime crew. The Vessel Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality services aboard the vessel. This role includes assisting with meal service, cleaning common areas and crew quarters, and ensuring overall comfort and sanitation standards for personnel on board.
Key Responsibilities:l Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of crew and guest accommodations, including cabins, restrooms, mess halls, and recreational areas.
l Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as changing linen and waste disposal.
l Monitor and replenish housekeeping and hospitality supplies.
l Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards as per maritime regulations.
Qualifications:·
l Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, experience is a strong advantage.
l Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
l Ability to work in a physically demanding and confined environment for extended periods.
l Strong communication and teamwork skills.
l Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively.
l Valid STCW certification (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) or willingness to obtain.
l Valid maritime medical certificate.
l Ability to work on a rotational schedule
Preferred Qualifications:l Basic Safety Training.
l Prior experience on offshore vessels or cruise ships.
l SDSD Training, Crowd and Crisis Management.
