About the role

We are seeking a Food & Beverages Server to join the team at Aquamira Hotel & Resort. In this full-time role, is to provide customer service by taking food and beverages orders, serving them to guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience, while maintaining a clean environment and handling payments.

What you'll be doing

· Greeting guests, seating them, and presenting menus.

· Taking orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen

· Answering questions about the menu, making recommendations and accommodating special request from the guests.

· Ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints.

What we're looking for

  • At least college level or equivalent; preferably with Hotel and Restaurant Management courses
  • With work experience as F&B Attendant
  • With work experience in food industry is an advantage
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willing to be assigned at Aquamira or to any of the hotels in our group
