Scaffolding Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Scaffolding Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in scaffolding design for industrial projects, hospitals, schools, and high-rise buildings. You will be responsible for creating safe and efficient scaffolding layouts using recognized systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze CAD drawings to develop accurate scaffolding designs.
• Design scaffolding structures using Quickstage and Cuplock systems (or equivalent).
• Ensure scaffolding designs meet safety standards, load requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings, material lists, and technical documentation for project execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, site managers, and project teams to deliver practical and cost-effective scaffolding solutions.
• Provide technical support during construction, including design adjustments and problem-solving on site.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in scaffolding design (industrial, hospitals, schools, or high-rise projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Quickstage and Cuplock scaffolding systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting/design software.
• Strong understanding of structural loads, safety codes, and scaffolding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Relevant engineering or construction background is a plus (e.g., Civil/Structural).
