Qualifications:

Minimum Experience: With or without experience

Educational Attainment: High School, Senior High School Graduate, Vocational, or College Undergraduate/Graduate

Preference: Experience in the 2W industry or a background in sales is preferred. Being tech-savvy, especially in using mobile phones, is an advantage.

Employment Gap Requirement: Candidates must not have been employed by any SBFI partnered dealers within the past 1 year (see list below).

Special Requirements:

  • Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license (Non-Professional or Professional).
  • Willing to undergo a 3-day virtual training and evaluation period to assess suitability for the role.
  • Must have the following pre-employment documents ready:
  • NBI Clearance
  • Medical Certificate (Fit to Work)
  • Diploma
  • TOR / Form 137
  • Certification of Completion (COC) or Certificate of Employment (COE)
  • Candidates may avail of the MotorsikLOAN (motorcycle loan) after completing at least six months with the company.

Job Description

  • Assist walk-in and scheduled potential applicants.
  • Ensure that assigned sales targets are met.
  • Conduct field credit investigations and provide results within prescribed standards.
  • Monitor the first three installment payments of customers.
  • Encourage customers to settle delayed payments through SMS, calls, or courtesy visits.
  • Conduct customer KYC, authenticate valid IDs, verify signatures, and facilitate contract signing and briefing during MotorsikLOAN release.
  • Ensure the complete submission of loan and dealer documents for booking within the day or, at the latest, the following day, free of deficiencies.
  • Submit loan folders (loan and dealer documents) on time for safekeeping, arranged according to set standards, to the SBF Head Office or SMU after booking.
  • Provide dealers with updates on the status of loan applications endorsed to SBF.
  • Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing.
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with assigned dealers.
  • Deliver quality service to relevant parties:
  • Customers – Assist with their 2W applications and loan-related inquiries.
  • Dealer Partners – Provide updates on the status of endorsed MotorsikLOAN applications.
