About the role

As a Doorman at FUN CHASING INC., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This full-time position in our Greenhills San Juan City Metro Manila location is responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring a positive first and last impression of our hospitality establishment.

What you'll be doing

1. Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
2. Providing assistance with luggage, packages and other belongings
3. Directing guests to the appropriate areas within the building
4. Monitoring the entrance and exit of the premises
5. Communicating effectively with guests to address their needs and queries
6. Maintaining a clean and presentable entrance area
7. Collaborating with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Commitment to providing outstanding guest service
6. Good physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods
