First Aider

Job Summary:

• The First Aider is responsible for providing immediate life saving and and medical cure to casualty and first Aid treatment

Detailed Job Description:

• Provides nursing care and first aid to injured or ill employees.
• Conduct Health Inspection
• Provides Emergency Rescue
• Assisting the Project Nurse

A First Aider should have proven experience in safety management, knowledge of legislation and procedures, report writing skills, data analysis ability, proficiency in MS Office, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

• Provide initial treatment for injuries or illnesses occurring on site.
• Perform daily basis conducting vital signs for workers and staff.
• Monitor first aid kit, medicines and ensure supplies are complete and up to date.
• Ensure to maintain documents/files incidents updated and well-organized.

• Support the Safety Officer in promoting health and safety awareness in the workplace.

• With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training is an advantage.

• With First Aid training with BSL Support ( DOH,Red Cross Accredited)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to work in a construction environment.
• Knowledgeable in handling medical emergencies, trauma, burns, fractures, fainting, heat stroke, and other construction-related incidents.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
