ADMIN OFFICER
(WILLING TO BE TRAINED AT MAIN OFFICE, QUEZON CITY)
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
· Checking and Encoding Client's Loan Contract, SPA, and BDO forms for embossed cards;
· Processing Online and Personal Verification of Clients for Batch 1 to Days cycle period);
· Answer queries by Area Coordinators and Clients;
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
· Attending meetings, taking minutes, and keeping notes;
· Processing of annual Business Permits (Brgy. Clearance, Sanitary, and Fire Certificates)
· Updating of Books (Ledger, Journals, SSJ, and Receipts)
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders;
· Handling Petty Cash and Paying Bills (Rent, Electricity, Water, and Internet)
HUMAN RESOURCE DUTIES:
· Recruitment and Selection process of applicants by conducting an Initial Interview
· Processing of requirements required by the company
· Conducting Three Days of Training and Orientation before duty
· Reporting Irregularities of Area Coordinators to Head Office (HR Department)
· Processing of Resignation, Clearance, and Quitclaim of Area Coordinators.
· Following tasks that will be assigned by the HR Department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
