Key Responsibilities:

  • Create QMS documents (policies, procedures, work instructions, and standard references) that are concise, easy to read, presentable, and effective.
  • Conduct research, document review, interview with process owners, and immersion (as necessary) to gather data needed to write technical documents accurately and with authority.
  • Incorporate graphics, diagrams, tables, charts, etc. to produce effective documentation.
  • Draft documents following the design and format specified in the QMS Documentation Standard established by the company.
  • Work with process owners and other departments in the process of creating documents from drafting, finalization, review, and approval.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A graduate of at least a four-year college degree.
  • Has a background in engineering, computer science, or any technical field.
  • Must have a technical writing experience either online or in the office.
  • Has a strong command of English grammar.
  • Can touch type and has at least 30 words per minute of typing speed.
  • Detail-oriented and computer savvy
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Teachable and with average to moderate comprehension level.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Davao City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
