    – maintain zero discrepancies across all 4 marketplaces; own flat file uploads, variation structures, and listing accuracy
  • Account Health Guardian
    – catch ≥ 90% of account-health threats before they impact sales or ranking
  • Seller Support Mastery
    – resolve cases with persistence, documentation, and follow-through until closed
  • AI Innovation & Process Optimization
    – launch at least one GPT/AI solution per quarter that measurably boosts efficiency or outcomes
  • SOPs & Documentation
    – continuously optimize processes based on performance data and AI capabilities
  • Data Hygiene & Dashboards
    – keep metrics 100% accurate and deliver a scorecard the team trusts
