QPM Engineer

About the role

As a Quality Project Management Engineer under Quality Assurance Department at Acbel PolyTech (Phils.), Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Engineering department.

What you'll be doing

• Plan, coordinate, and execute quality assurance projects within the QA department.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets focused on quality improvement.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation efforts using tools like FMEA.
• Oversee root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Facilitate communication between QA and other departments to maintain alignment on quality goals.
• Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and present updates to QA management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or FDA regulations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields) or Quality Management.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering roles with project management responsibilities.
• Proven track record in managing quality projects in regulated manufacturing industry.
• Experience with risk management (FMEA), root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, CAPA, and Lean methodologies.
