Role Summary:

Conduct field audit such as but not limited to cash count, inventory count observation, key processes review, etc. Conduct internal control reviews of key processes and recommend update or implement additional controls as needed. Follow-up implementation of recommendations from verification, reviews or audit reports issued by Internal Controls and Operational Compliance. Coordinate with respective departments to ensure that recommendations from internal control activities are implemented on time.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Performing walkthrough and detailed process understanding for high-risk processes to ensure that the controls are implemented effectively and properly documented.
  • Partners with other departments to identify and assess risks associated with new initiatives, projects, or changes in business processes.
  • Working closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Communicating effectively about control and compliance initiatives, projects, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Account
