Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage prospective tenants.
  • Prepare and manage lease agreements.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and renewals.
  • Maintain tenant relationships and address inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years experience in residential leasing.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of lease agreements and residential leasing processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
