We are seeking a Service Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves greeting and serving customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about menu items.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Clear and clean tables between courses and after guests leave.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a waitress or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A warm and friendly personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
