Job Title: Product Training and Marketing Manager (RadTech)
Reports To: Director of Operations
Job Summary:
Leads product training and marketing initiatives to strengthen sales effectiveness, enhance customer engagement, and ensure strong product positioning in the market. Works closely with Sales and Operations to drive company revenue and with Service to ensure proper product upkeep. Develops strategies to respond to evolving market demands and aligns initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Training
Conduct comprehensive product training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations for employees and clients.
Design and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff to ensure strong product knowledge and application skills.
Evaluate trainees, probationary employees, and employees under PIP for product knowledge and recommend appropriate interventions.
2. Marketing and Product Visibility
Identify opportunities for product visibility, market expansion, and enhanced customer engagement.
Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and visibility strategies in coordination with Sales and Operations.
Ensure timely distribution and effective use of promotional materials.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Collaborate with DSMs and Area Managers to gather market insights and customer feedback for product and marketing improvements.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, and Inventory & Logistics teams for machine installations, demos, and on-site client support.
Assist Area Managers in deal closures as necessary.
4. Collections and Compliance Support
Audit accounts during client visits to ensure all collections are properly documented and turned over to Finance/Accounting.
Support collections only when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Provide management with insights on product positioning, competitive activities, emerging market trends, and opportunities.
Approve machine contracts and provide oversight to ensure accurate execution of sales and service processes.
