RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer customers' queries and dispense medications and products swiftly, professionally, and with a smile.
  • Educate and & Advocate: Champion the use of generic medications, highlight their benefits, and encourage the switch from branded to generic options.
  • Feedback Management: Note down customer suggestions or complaints, ensuring they are communicated to your superior for prompt action.
  • Collaboration: When in doubt, consult Seek the pharmacist's advice for any unfamiliar topics or queries related to medicines and illnesses.
  • Quality Check: Regularly inspect medication storage areas, especially refrigerated units, to maintain our standard quality of medicines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of Two (2) years of a Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-months in retail or /drugstore is a big plus, though not mandatory Sales experience? Even better
  • Skills and Traits:

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Professional demeanor in conduct and appearance.

- Flexible, honest, hard-working, and laser-focused on stellar customer service

  • Eager to learn? Great Be ready to undergo comprehensive Pharmacy Training.
  • Location-Specific: Willingness to be stationed in Cainta Kabisig (near Cambridge Condominium)
