Procurement Officer

The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services required by the company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality purchasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Prepare purchase requests, process orders, and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams regarding deliveries and payments.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports, documentation, and presentations.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and/or any computer related field
• With work experience in purchasing or relevant role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented.
