Basic Function

Responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and promoting company products or services through outbound calls, ensuring quality communication and delivering excellent customer service to support sales goals.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
  • Promote products/services and explain value propositions
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant customer information
  • Schedule appointments or product demos for Sales Team (if applicable)
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and CRM updates
  • Answer inquiries and provide appropriate product information
  • Follow call scripts and communication guidelines
  • Hit daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets
  • Handle customer objections professionally
  • Coordinate with Sales/Marketing team regarding campaign feedback
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Qualifications & CompetenciesEducation & Experience

  • High school graduate or Bachelor's degree an advantage
  • Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Background in BPO or outbound tele-sales is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
  • Proficiency in telephone communication systems
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills
