- Technical Support:
· Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- System Maintenance:
· Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
· Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.
- User Assistance:
· Assist users with software applications, email systems, and other IT-related inquiries.
· Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and new technologies.
- Network Support:
· Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
· Support network security measures and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Create and update user guides, technical manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaboration:
· Work closely with other IT team members to address complex issues and implement IT projects.
· Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
