We're Hiring: Sales Opener (Full-Time)

Do you have the voice, the confidence, and the charm to start the conversation?

M25 Movers is looking for a Sales Opener — someone who can make strong first impressions, ask the right questions, and guide potential clients into our sales pipeline.

This role is all about qualifying leads, starting smart conversations, and handing off hot prospects to our Sales Executives.

What you'll do:

• Reach out to inbound and referred leads
• Qualify clients based on location, service needs, and timeline
• Record lead details and maintain CRM accuracy
• Send intro quotes, answer basic questions, and schedule surveys
• Flag VIP or urgent leads for priority handling

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Friendly, professional, and quick on your feet
• Organized and confident using CRM tools
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in English with a clear, engaging phone presence
