Work Schedule:

  • 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Employment Type:

  • Probationary Contract (6 months)
  • Subject to performance evaluation on the 3rd and 5th month

Job Description:

The Learning Wagon Preschool is looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher who can create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in alignment with the school's curriculum and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.
  • Observe, document, and assess students' progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's performance and behavior.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff to maintain a cohesive learning environment.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, caring, and passionate about early childhood education.
  • Ability to handle young children with understanding and creativity.
  • Experience in teaching preschool or early childhood programs is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 13th Month Pay
