Delivery Specialist

This position exists to proactively deliver a guest experience process at an exceptional level to all guests that come into contact with the dealership's sales department, specifically to manage the "keep me informed" process, preparing the guest's car for delivery, and managing the guest's big day of car delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that you deliver your role and function at an exceptional level with special emphasis on creating the same high standards of guest experience that is part of the Ford Guest Experience Program.
• Ensure your sustained delivery of the Ford signature moments.
• Participate in the dealership's sales management process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for a full-time individual who has passion in Sales and Marketing, customer advocate, cheerful personality, system & process oriented, responsible , embody a helpful attitude , and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our team.
• A graduate of any four-year course.
• Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
