As a CHEF you will be an artist, crafting authentic Japanese dishes with precision, passion, and respect for tradition. You will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to culinary excellence and delivering unforgettable dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Masterful Preparation: Prepare authentic Japanese dishes according to our recipes and standards, showcasing your expertise and creativity.
  • Ingredient Sourcing & Handling: Select and handle the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, ensuring optimal flavor and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that every dish meets our exacting specifications.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new and exciting menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable Japanese restaurant,
  • Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Exceptional knife skills and culinary artistry.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Passion for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day
