Responsibilities:
- Masterful Preparation: Prepare authentic Japanese dishes according to our recipes and standards, showcasing your expertise and creativity.
- Ingredient Sourcing & Handling: Select and handle the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, ensuring optimal flavor and presentation.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that every dish meets our exacting specifications.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new and exciting menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable Japanese restaurant,
- Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Exceptional knife skills and culinary artistry.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.
