We're looking for a Collections Specialist to manage patient account balances through outbound and inbound calls. You'll play a key role in helping patients resolve billing concerns, understand insurance coverage, and arrange payment plans—all while delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll do:
- Collect outstanding balances from guarantors via outbound calls
- Assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries
- Set up payment plans and explain resolution steps clearly
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account or insurance issues
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years completed in college with at least 1-year BPO experience
- Amenable to work in Clark, Pampanga
- Amenable to work night/ any shift
- Can start ASAP
