We're looking for a Collections Specialist to manage patient account balances through outbound and inbound calls. You'll play a key role in helping patients resolve billing concerns, understand insurance coverage, and arrange payment plans—all while delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Collect outstanding balances from guarantors via outbound calls
  • Assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries
  • Set up payment plans and explain resolution steps clearly
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account or insurance issues

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years completed in college with at least 1-year BPO experience
  • Amenable to work in Clark, Pampanga
  • Amenable to work night/ any shift
  • Can start ASAP
