  • Write clear, consistent, and audience-targeted copy across digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, internal communications, and job ads
  • Write and edit subtitles or captions for video materials, ensuring clarity, tone consistency, and accurate timing
  • Create engaging video scripts and storyboards in collaboration with the Creative team
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and digital marketing team members to conceptualize and execute campaign materials
  • Translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into effective and engaging written content
  • Conduct research and interviews when necessary to support storytelling, campaigns, or internal highlights
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards and grammatical accuracy
  • Contribute to content planning sessions, brainstorms, and campaign kick-offs
  • Craft appropriate and timely responses to comments and inquiries across social media platforms, following brand guidelines and engagement strategies
  • Support the company's core values by writing employee features, culture stories, and recruitment campaign messaging
  • Monitor industry trends and audience preferences to ensure content remains relevant and engaging
  • Maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the wider marketing and communications team
  • Provide writing support for special projects, including events, internal newsletters, or CSR campaigns
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or related fields
  • Experience in writing for various formats including digital campaigns, social media, blogs, and scripts
  • Proficiency in grammar, storytelling, and brand messaging
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO writing principles is a plus
  • Experience in BPO, employer branding, or internal communications is an advantage
