Job Summary:

The position is responsible in coordinating to the supervisor regarding all Activities of Boiler operation and monitoring Boiler Operation.

Qualifications/Education:

• License in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
• With at least 2 to 3 years experience in Boiler Operation.
• Requires good oral and written communication.
• With ability to analyze and prepare reports. Knowledgeable in Boiler Operation and with good leadership. Knowledgeable in Coal Fired Boiler preferably Chain Grate Boiler.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assign, schedule and supervise operation of boilers in compliance of production and plant plan.

2. Relay instruction/guidance regarding safe work methods and techniques.

3. Collection of data and analyze for the following Boilers Operation Summary:

4. Safety compliance

5. Steam generation

6. Fuel consumption

7. Water consumption

8. Boilers parts and auxiliary status

9. Boilers water chemical

10. Target improvement

11. Environmental compliance

12. Supervise/Monitor of Boiler operation day to day activities

13. Responsible in making Preventive Maintenance schedule.

14. Liaison in ISO Compliance and Customer Audit.

15. Oversees repair jobs during Boiler breakdown.

16. Check/Inspect Boiler parts if in good condition at all times.

17. Monitoring of auxiliary equipment.

Responsible in manpower schedule and tasks.
