Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Darwinbox Functional Consultant
to lead the configuration, optimization, and functional support of our Darwinbox HCM platform. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and proven expertise in translating HR business needs into effective system solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, driving enhancements, and partnering with HR stakeholders to maximize the value of Darwinbox across the organization.

Key Responsibilities


• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Darwinbox HCM platform to support core HR, payroll, attendance, recruitment, performance, and other workforce processes.


• Work closely with HR and business leaders to identify requirements, recommend system enhancements, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.


• Lead functional design sessions, document requirements, prepare configurations, and perform UAT for new features and modules.


• Ensure all configurations follow best practices, security requirements, and HR compliance standards.


• Manage system releases, patches, and new functionalities, ensuring smooth rollout and minimal business disruption.


• Coordinate with Darwinbox support teams and external consultants to resolve issues and deliver system improvements.


• Analyze system performance, identify gaps or pain points, and recommend process or configuration improvements.


• Provide training, guidance, and documentation to HR users to ensure proper system adoption and utilization.


• Oversee and validate integrations between Darwinbox and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, timekeeping).


• Keep abreast of new Darwinbox functionalities, roadmap updates, and best practices in modern HCM systems.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in HCM system implementation or support, with strong HR process knowledge.


• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox (functional configuration, module setup, workflows, integrations) preferred; experience with other HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.


• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and business teams.


• Problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.


• Experience in system integration, data mapping, or data migration is advantageous.


• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.


• Willing to work on a 6 months consultancy contract (can be extended based on need)
