- Troubleshooting – Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issue related to hardware, software, or network connectivity. This includes diagnosing problems, guiding users through solutions, or escalating issues to higher level support when necessary.
- Help Desk ticketing – Prioritize support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that user issues are resolved within established service level agreements.
- Daily Backup and IT infra Monitoring – Responsible for the daily backup and monitoring of ATI Data Centers and IT infrastructure.
- Responsible for monitoring alerts as well as handling email follow ups with TELCOS and other vendor technical support.
- Performs general preventive maintenance task on PC, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment of ATI.
- Manages safety and ensures strict implementation of the occupational Safety, Health and Environment Policy and Security Management System within the areas under his/ her control
Graduate of any IT or computer science related field.
Experience in providing first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues promptly.
Experience with HELPDESK ticketing systems for timely resolution within SLA.
Basic knowledge in installing and configuring OS, software, and peripheral devices.
Experience in collaborating with Level 2 and 3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
